Dealership Sales Review
This is my 3rd purchase from Sid Dillon. As a customer service and leadership trainer, I give them an A+. I am a very picky consumer and used to buy a new car every year because I was never satisfied. (I lost my shirt in sales tax!) Sid Dillon cured me of that and my Hyundai Elantra only gets serviced there - they kept me coming back and happy with just a simple free oil change every few. The staff in Service seems to stay there a long time and know my name, or at least, my car. They take very good care of customers and the waiting area and rest room is very nice. One year I even enjoyed Christmas Caroling while waiting. This time around, I was matched with the PERFECT salesman for me, Jamie J. That personalized relationship through the buying process made it enjoyable and not "the necessary evil" I anticipated. I owned my other car for 8 years and didn't know what to expect in buying another new car. Jamie kept it fun and I now consider him a friend (and want to send him lots of new customers because he's just that nice!)
