onGetting the parts in for my car took longer than expected. There was a mishap on the parts side and I spoke with Matt about it. He was very helpful and got everything taken care of. To be honest, he was the only person at the entire dealership, I thought, that cared at all. I called a total of 3 times to get the new parts installed on my car and no one could find out any information or even called me back until I spoke with Matt. I will gladly go to Baxter for any service I need next time.
