William Mckeen, Johnathon Garcia's and Mark in finance were absolutely phenomenal! I cannot put into words what an incredible experience it was. Johnathon was the first person my wife and I had met and really brought us into the Subaru family. Due to delivery status, and some scheduled time off William Mckeen took over for Johnathon. The moment he took over he exceeded expectations. He ensured I knew the delivery status on my vehicle when the delivery date got near. Then upon arrival to the dealership to finish up the final paperwork. It was like meeting with an old friend. He shared a lot of his personal experience with the Subaru brand while listening to the excitement of both my wife and I on the purchase of our first Subaru. Mark brought us into his office and discussed financial options and certain coverages we could finance. At first my wife and I figured we wouldn't be able to afford much and would have to go with a standard coverage plan. Subaru has one of the best prices on their coverages. We have our wheels and tires, our windshield, door dings and an extended warranty. When he gave us our price both our jaws hit the floor at how reasonable it was. All in all Subaru may of just got a customer for life! I'm so excited to be the owner of a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek and feel like part of the community already! Thank you!
