Reliable Toyota

On December 29, 2016, my family and I went to Reliable Toyota with the intentions of checking out what our options were regarding the need for a newer vehicle. Originally we weren’t planning on purchasing that same day, as we wanted to explore our options and see if Reliable Toyota had any vehicles that would fit our family needs. Upon arrival we met with Juan Lopez, and after he took the time to listen to what we needed, he showed us a few options and also asked his fellow co-workers and supervisors if they knew of anything that might work the best for our needs. At first none of those options would help us in the long run, then right before we decided to leave our information so that he could contact us in the future with a possible match to our needs, he took the time to ask his superiors and his co-workers one more time to see if any of them knew of a vehicle that would work best for us. Eventually the right vehicle, a 2011 Honda Pilot, was discovered over at their Detailing Shop; Mr. Lopez took us over to see it and we even took it for a test drive. After the test drive, we decided that it was the vehicle that we had been looking for. Halfway through the paperwork process, Mr. Lopez had a scheduled appointment come in (we were kind of a walk-in with no real set appointment), and so he asked his co-worker Dave Perry to step in and help us with the rest of the process. Mr. Perry was just as friendly and helpful with us and our process, which ended up being a special case and not an easy cut and paste application process. Both Mr. Lopez and Mr. Perry stayed with us throughout the entire process, helping us along the way. Also because we had such a special case regarding our application process we had some additional help from the sales manager Anthony Frohock, and the business manager James Trimble. Without such dedication to customer service from these four outstanding gentlemen, my family would not be enjoying our new (new to us) 2011 Honda Pilot. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a newer vehicle (Used or New) to visit Reliable Toyota and ask for either Juan Lopez or Dave Perry, these two sales consultants will take you in and treat you and your family with the utmost respect and care that I have no doubts they treat their family with. An added bonus, they both are interesting gentlemen to talk too as you wait for specific processes of the application to process.
