Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Springfield

I would not recommend this company! We purchased a truck and it broke down on our way home!! The sales person informed us Several times that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle ,and assured us that it was Dodge certified through a 125 point inspection. The truck had well over $5000 worth of mechanical issues. Come to find out this is not a dodge certified vehicle. We were also told that all the open recalls had been taken care of, also NOT the case! Its now been almost a month and the truck is still not in our possession.We were also just informed that the motor is going out for crossed wires!! It has been a horrible experience and the dealership had very little to say and was even less helpful!! My mother even called to pretend to want to buy a used dodge vehicle and was also informed that all of their used dodge vehicles are dodge certified . They will tell you anything you want to hear to get your money !!
