My wife and I just brought home a brand new BMW i3 from salesman Will Rodriguez. Our experience with BMW of Springfield was top notch. Our interaction with not only Will but Stephen Randall (BMW Genius), Tom Gray (Finance) and David in service made the buying process enjoyable. We genuinely felt like they cared about our decision and not just about moving another unit. Never at any time did we feel pressured or intimidated. They took the time to answer our questions and resolve our concerns. It's very clear to us that customer service is their ultimate goal. The level of respect and care that was put into our buying experience showed in everthing they did. We would highly reccomend BMW of Springfield to our closest of friends.
