Great experience! The saleswoman, Francesca, worked around my husband who has had many bad experiences in a dealer's office. We are an older couple and liked that we didn't have to wait for long periods of time with little movement in the negotiations. Financing - quick & out, easily explained options. Never bought a car so fast and it was refreshing. Francesca thouroughly went over all the options of the new car before I left and it was very much appreciated.
