I had a really great experience working with Juan! He is quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and I really appreciated that he checked in the day before our scheduled appointment to make sure everything is okay. His pleasant, friendly persona was very nice to work with. I ended up closing a deal with Juan as he was pleasant to negotiate with and not overly pushy.
