Worst Car Buying Experience. Bought a 2013 Certified Preowned Imprezza. They sent me out the door with a headlight out and a promise that I'd be sent my second key. One month later, another headlight and electronic door locks going out and still no key. I was told to contact the Pre Owned Manager (which I believe is just a canned response for bad reviews) I've left 2 Voicemails and 2 weeks still no call; no resolutions; no CUSTOMER SERVICE!
