I bought a used vehicle here, and I couldn't have been much happier with the process. My (female) salesperson was friendly and helpful. Almost no haggling, very quickly came to a handshake on the deal. My only complaint was F&I - when I got in, they had a pre-printed sales contract on which they'd automatically added an extended warranty, road service, tire protection, etc., for an additional $5K. I had not asked for any of this, and had to wait while they produced a new contract without any of those items. But I didn't get heavy pressure to buy them, and I was in and out of the whole process in 1.5 hours.
