New Rogue

I went in to Napleton just to test drive a Murano and Javuan Banks was quick to help me. I had done quite a bit of research and felt it was the car I wanted, but it had to have a sun/moon roof. The only car they had with the moonroof was a Rogue. Javuan had me drive both and I realized the Rogue was perfect, with all the other amenities I dreamed of, too! Javuan listened to what I was looking for, found the best car for me, and was able to point out all the other various mechanical magic my new car has. He was very informed, and patient with my decision making. He made what could have been stressful, a very easy and pleasant process. He had me approved very quickly and I went in the finance line for my turn. It took a while for my turn, but that’s because they sold several cars that day. Javuan made sure I was aware that they were working as quickly as possible, and made sure I didn’t need anything as well as update me on my position in line. The lounge was very comfortable with a large television, refreshments, and comfortable lounge chairs, so I didn’t mind the little time I had to wait. Mark handled my financial application and was very organized and pleasant. Once I was in his office the process moved quickly. He helped me choose any additional coverage I needed, and I was happy to invest in oil change coverage and an extended warranty, as well as gap insurance. The fact that they would back their inventory gives me extra confidence in my purchase. I’m very pleased with my new car, and my teenagers are begging to drive it. Mmmm no darlings. This is momma’s car!!
