Lou Fusz Subaru St Louis

I gave a $1,000 deposit check for an Outback that Lou Fusz didn't have on the lot. I was told that I was not obligated to purchase the car if I did not like it. After I test drove it I decided that I didn't want to buy it. I asked about the check and was told "Don't worry about it, it won't be cashed". I checked my bank account and they had cashed it!! I have talked to the salesperson several times and he has NEVER called me back. I have also talked to several people in the finance department and was also told that they would call me back and no one has ever called me back!! It has been over a month and I still have NOT received a refund!! They lost a sale because I purchased an Outback from another dealership... I would NEVER buy a car from Lou Fusz!!!
