It took over 5 months for our new truck to come in. We ordered the truck on August 20, it was built on October 26 and we picked it up on February 4. There was no help or explanation other than this is the normal process. If this is normal I don't know how they can make any money. It also took 4 hours for us to get through purchase process at the dealers. It was a good thing they were having a slow day or the people behind us could have been there all day.

Ken, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the time it took for Ford Motor Company to build your truck. Unfortunately, this is not something we have any control over. I know myself and Chance spoke to you several times about the production of your truck and potential arrival times. We did our best to keep you informed, I am not sure what else we truly could have done. The extended wait time for our finance department was due to the absence of one of our managers for personal reasons. I agree it should have not taken as long as it did but those were the circumstances we had to deal with, I am sorry.
