The entire buying experience was very satisfying. My sales representative came in on his day off to meet me. He was great! His sales manager answered questions that Richard needed. He was great. Ashley in finance could not have been better. Not only was she genuinely very personable, I liked the fact that she did not pressure me to buy a service plan unlikely last buying experience. Finally, GM Bruce Hutson was totally awesome. Mr, Hutson provided an exceptional customer service experience to me many years ago that I will never forget. My 2003 Tacoma experienced mechanical problems 60 miles north of his dealership. He told me to just get the truck to him. I did. Later I received a call that my truck was being delivered to me in Fredericktown where I was. The repair cost was only about $70. That customer service made an impression. That was enough for me to drive from Arkansas to Missouri to buy my new Highlander. Thank you all very much!
