The oil change itself was quick and efficient. I had an additional concern that I asked to be looked at, as I had bought the vehicle from McCarthy and felt like I was blown off. Their first instinct was to throw parts at it and I didn't have an actual tech look at the vehicle. I have already brought this issue to the attention of the service department before, a week after I bought the car and was told it was fine. Now I'm being told that i need a battery. If that is the case, I would have appreciated that being addressed when I bought the car.
