We walked in just looking at a vehicle we saw online. Immediately felt comfortable with Kati. No pressure to do anything but look. Great test drive, she answered all questions we had or helped us find the answer. We felt like she was in our corner and made the process less stressful than car buying typically is! She has been available for questions, follow up information, and know we can come back as well! Very thankful for an easy decision and feel confident in our new family van!
