Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and to check the AC 7 Days Later I get my truck back all they have done is an oil change they are not able to do a tire rotation according to the owner's son Colin he said they mess it up so we did not do it the air conditioning may have been able to be fixed if they would have communicated with me and told me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost but they never called back or let you know anything I never even knew my truck was done until I called and I had to call three times to finally get my truck back 7 days is unacceptable then the owner's son Colin tells me never to bring our truck back there again and never wants to see us again we were not the ones at fault they were this poages Chevrolet should be held accountable for disrespecting us. Shut them down!!!
