Jonathan Kinum was my sales specialist and was very personable, patient, and customer-centered. Other staff experiences I had were considerate, such as with financing specialists, who kindly answered questions I had without making me feel dumb. This was my first experience buying a car and it was great! I had no issues and the process from start to finish was 2 hours long, not all day. I appreciate Jon for staying later than usual to help me with my sale experience! Echo Park is definitely different from other dealers. I love how they have a clean facility and that they are warranty-centered. I am super happy with my car and happy to have a warranty!
