Dealership Sales Review
This was one of six dealerships I visited while shopping for my car, and the only one where the salesperson mansplained his way out of my business. I shared that I was paying cash, and Elijah (knowing NOTHING about my financial situation) tried to convince me that I made the wrong choice. Even when I gave him some of my situation, he doubled down on why I should have asked HIM before committing to a plan of action! I told him that I did not want a car that had been used as a rental. He again tried to convince me that my preference was invalid, and that I should reject my own life experience in favor of his opinion. When the woman training with him was going to get a second car for me to drive, he also tried to control how she worked. She was attempting to be of the best service to me, while he had some idea about parking the other car first and letting me wait. I attempted to call the manager and tell him all of this. He had no voicemail or email for me to talk with him. I was told he would get the message and contact me back. Instead, the message was passed to Elijah and HE tried to contact me. Just wrong on so many levels!
