Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I called about a vehicle and the sales woman (I refuse to call her a lady) told me the vehicle was available and she would text me the info from the Carfax report. I had a 3 hour drive to the dealership in Jackson. When I was about a half hour out, I called her and she told me that she couldn't text me because she had a customer in front of her, but she would check on the vehicle and get back to me. she called me when I was 15 minutes away and told me that the truck was sold. I do not appreciate a [non-permissible content removed] wasting my time! I asked to speak with her manager and his first response was did I see the truck on the internet and when I told him that I did, he asked if there was any other vehicle that I may be interested in. [non-permissible content removed]?! I told her manager that even if Jesus is standing in front of her, I expect people to do what they are told! I also told him I would never do business with them and I would write a review of my experience so maybe I could save someone else the trouble of dealing with non professional people. This dealership is a JOKE and should be investigated by BBB over ethical business practices and eventually closed down!
