Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Flowood

Shane at Mac Maik Flowood was amazing to work with in our purchase adventure of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee ecoDiesel. I previously drove a 2014 version of the same, which was totaled in a car accident a month previously. I spent 2 weeks looking for this replacement. I live in Houston, TX, but Shane made the purchase of a vehicle out of state easy, stressfree, and a joy. Besides having a great sense of humor and being easy to talk to, he has great customer service, answering all of our questions and even sent a video of the outside and inside of the Jeep when we asked. He went above and beyond to squash all of our worries about traveling out of state to purchase a vehicle. I'm sure he's the type of person that if we didn't like the Jeep, he would've tried to find what we wanted. I'd highly recommend anyone to him to purchase a vehicle, even if they don't live in the Jackson/Flowood area, or state of Mississippi.
