Consistently disappointed

I am consistently disappointed when I get my vehicle serviced here. After ten years of using Pat Peck Honda, I am done. Today my service cost $500 (routine maintenance) and nobody informed me prior to the services being completed. This was much higher than I anticipated and was prepared to spend. In the past, I have had the service members get me a rental car with my warranty, only to tell me at the last minute that I have to pay out of pocket if Honda takes more than 3 days to complete my service. (Spoiler: they did.) The last time I had my car serviced, one of the windshield wipers was randomly higher than the other and could be seen from the drivers seat. I didn’t even have maintenance done on my wipers. My passenger side head light is out. They gave me my car back with the headlight still not working. The next time I took it in, I ask them to check the headlight. Once again they gave me my car back with the headlight not working. Come to find out they had changed the bulb twice, which didn’t fix the problem, so they just gave me my car back with the headlight still out- twice. Today, I told my service member this story, she had the technician checked the light, said he found nothing wrong with it, so they offered to change the bulb……for $35. Nobody walks me to my car after a service. They just take my money and say, “ok it’s outside with the keys in it, bye.” Despite all of this, everyone I have worked with is incredible progressional and polite. They just seem to be lacking in training? To my knowledge, the work performed has always been of good quality.
