Frustrated with service

I had an appt for my 2024 Honda CR-V. 4585 miles. It has a metallic squeaky noise in the left front. The dealership drove the car. Could hear the noise, but had no idea what was causing it. Appt was at 10:15. I was dismissed at 11:30. Was asked to come back on another day and leave the car. I had all day that day. They didn't bother to ask if I minded waiting while they tried to figure out what was wrong. I felt like I wasn't worth the trouble or their time. My car is still under warranty, and I have the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty. I asked if continuing to drive it was harming something, and was assued it "wouldn't leave me stranded on the freeway". Not real assuring as they had no idea what was causing the noise. I'm frustrated. And now I have to inconvenience someone else, as I live alone. And take another day out of my schedule.
