your service department is killing y'all. My wife has been there since 2pm for a 2pm appointment and it’s 4:25. They just told her our van was in the back and it was next but she can see her van still in the parking lot and they haven't started. And they told her 45 more minutes. That will be 3 hours and 15 minutes for a routine oil change that she had an appointment for. So we had to get kids picked up and rearrange an entire day and evening, that could have been avoided by an accurate appointment time. When asked, the service department said someone had quit - but at what point had they quit? Was it any time before the 2pm? If so, y’all can text for anything else, so why not text for this? I’ve ALWAYS used dealership service, for all 4 of our vans… we will find another dealership or use someone else in the future.
