This dealership must not care about updating its website. I located a car that was supposedly in stock and available for immediate delivery. A chat line associate verified it was available unless it was sold that day. I discovered that this car was not only not available it was being used as a rental. As I more closely looked at the photos of the car on the website I could see snow in the background. Clearly this car was NOT a new delivery and not for sale. It took 5 emails before someone could answer my simple question as to whether it not this car (new) was available for immediate delivery. No apology, no empathy, no real concern. A horrible customer experience.
