Whitewater Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Dealership Service Review
After having the brakes replaced I returned a few weeks later with a noise. It was diagnosed as a torsion bar control link. When replacing the links it was found that the torsion bar had corroded and was broken. New parts replaced. Noise did not change. Then it was diagnosed as a cv joint. A low er vehicle was promised but not available at time of drop off because a sales person had it. Had to make alternative arrangements to get to work. Picked up truck and returned the next day with he same noise. Only to learn a part was not installed correctly during the brake job and it could not be fixed before my week long trip. When I return I will see when it can be corrected after another trip to the dealership.
