The staff was professional, but it took FOUR repair appointments to finally repair the coolant leak on our 2018 Jeep Wrangler that leaked since the day we bought it! We are 90 minutes round trip from the Dealership so each appointment equalled 3 hours road time plus fuel for both our car and their loaner vehicle. Even though this was a warranty repair; we were not offered any compensation for our time and patience.
