I met Rich by chance on a Saturday while looking for a car for my wife. I wasn't ready to buy, just evaluating my options. I met him again on a Saturday night at a restaurant and he convinced me to come back and drive a truck. I drove off in a new 2014 F150 the next weekend after a "no-pressure" test drive of the truck. Rich is laid back and worked to get me a deal that worked for me and blew away the competition and anything I've seen on TrueCar. He listens to customers and makes the numbers work. I love the truck and had a great experience.
