First of all I must say, Owning Cadillacs all my life, this was one of the best experiences dealing with salespeople that i have ever experience in all of my 40+ years of buying cars... From the very beginning with their internet rep, Ryan answered every question and got all service information i needed on my SRX... Next I talked with Konor the salesman and Jeff the sales manager and the great service continue on til I arrived at Snell cadillac in Mankato MN I spent the most part of the morning with Konor who was very patient and thorough at his craft and trust me, i bought my son who sold cars for a living before and can be a little overbearing but "Konor" didnt flinch and held his on very admirable. He actually won me over the way he handled dealing with a former car salesman...He broke everything down and related well with Jeff the sales manager who also was very plesent to work with and handles every situation perfectly I would definetly recommend that combination of Konor and Jeff as your sales Reps for the smoothest meetings you will ever experience with salesman...
