Harry Brown's Chevrolet GMC

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership about 2 months ago and it has been nothing but a headache. The salesperson was rather rude, but the vehicle seemed like a good purchase, so I went ahead with it. During the credit application, he made fun of me for checking over the document (even though I caught an error he made), asked me "Why would you even care what the total cost of the vehicle comes to?" and acted like putting a third of a tank of gas in was a huge bargaining chip (it's a 14 gallon tank). Finance was almost worse. While I was still at the dealership, I decided to cancel an extra coverage option. The finance officer refused to give me a confirmation of the cancellation. She also forgot to take my down payment check (I had to turn around and return to the dealership after realizing it on my own). A month later, I called and the coverage STILL had not been canceled. They said they would cancel it that day and to wait a week or two to see if the loan company had received the refund. Two weeks have passed and the loan company still has nothing. The vehicle itself needed an engine tuneup after about a week after purchase, and when I went to change the oil for the first time, the oil filter had been jammed on and dented so badly it was almost impossible to remove. I was also never informed that I had a 3 month trial of Sirius Radio until Sirius contacted me a month into the trial. I did meet Harry Brown himself as I was leaving with my vehicle, and he seems like an upstanding gentleman. It's too bad to see the rest of his dealership doesn't have the same business philosophy.
