Krenzen made buying a car simple, straightforward, and completely on my terms. They worked hard to find a financing option that met the needs I had and they were incredibly respectful during each step of the process. I felt comfortable purchasing my vehicle with each staff member I interacted with and I felt no pressure during any of the steps. I was able to ask questions about the car I was interested in and they were able to answer all my questions thoughtfully and were able to give me current knowledge about the model of vehicle I was looking at. I plan to be a Krenzen customer for as long as I live in the Duluth area.
