Poor Customer Service

I went in for an oil change and rotation. When I left my windshield was cracked. I brought it up to the service manager and he told me there was absolutely no way it happened in his shop. They looked at the video of my vehicle when I brought it in, and there was no damage visible. Probably one of the poorest excuses of customer service I have ever experienced. They will not be getting any more of my business, and I would recommend not wasting your time there either.
