The trade in process was very poor & frustrating. The sales manager actually said he would give me $500 more on my trade if I gave him a 5 star review rating, very unethical!! After being presented with aftermarket accessories and financing options I had to ask specifically about the $500 Ford accessory rebate and $1,000 cash allowance. It seemed if you didn’t ask you were not getting it. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I was very disappointed in my experience vs the first time.
