Walser Nissan Coon Rapids

I returned to this dealership two years after buying a car here. I was working with Jake who was great and helped me in the process. Unfortunately, my great experience ended here. After driving 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday with 3 young kids, I encountered Scott T., the finance manager, bad mouthing me to a colleague in the Customer Lounge area. Obviously unaware that I was at the dealership I asked him "would you prefer that I go to another dealership". I was and am still furious. If it weren't for the time that Jake had put in or the long drive I just subjected my familty to I would have left immediately. I had bought a brand new car from VW of Invergrove Heights three weeks prior and they were awesome. They also valued my trade $1,800 higher than Coon Rapids Nissan. I will never buy or visit Coon Rapids Nissan again. The customer is the reason we all have jobs. Regardless of the situation or how difficult a customer makes your job, publicly disparaging a customer is inexcusable.
