I would give the team a 10/10, especially Cassia and Carl. I walked into the Walser Nissan Coon Rapids dealership to compare options with another brand I had looked at the previous day. My intention wasn't to purchase a car at this point since I was still surveying; however, I drove out with one. Cassia, Carl, and the rest of their team did a great job with the trade-in, and I felt special at every step of the process. It took about five hours to complete the transaction, including a demo on the road and all the paperwork for financing. In helping and prioritizing my needs, the team went beyond the call of duty on the last day of the week, which is highly commendable. I'm very happy with the upgrade I bought, and Cassia's follow-up and extra help after the weekend were both very impressive.
