John Borden was our sales rep and was very responsive to our preferences. A vehicle that perfectly matched our needs was available and we completed the entire purchase with financing quicker than I expected. This is the 25th vehicle I've bought over the last 60 years and I'd have to rank this among the top five buying experiences I've had (and all of the other four were ones in which I was completely satisfied with the experience).
