The guys (Zac Palmer) did everything they could to get us comfortable in a new(er) Sierra. Zac showed us every option on the vehicle and was very helpful through the process. We had a few hurdles along the way but the guys were not pushy and very nice to deal with. The paperwork end took quite a bit of time.
