Very good experience. Sales staff was very friendly. I signed papers on one vehicle and the next day I informed them that I changed my mind and wanted a different vehicle. I wasn't feeling comfortable with the decision I made. So I informed the sales person I wanted to switch to a different vehicle They made it very easy for me in that respect. Zach Palmer was great.
