Staff was courteous, professional, listened to my concerns. Mills Ford was accommodating and replaced my front brakes which was unexpected. I was there for an oil change, but staff accommodated me so I did not have to make an additional trip to Baxter (which is 65 mi from home).. Thank you to Monte, Bill (the shuttle driver) and all the staff at Ford. You are number one!!!
