On March 19, I had my 2014 Taurus serviced with tire rotation. The rear brake rotor and disk needed to be replaced too. The staff was so kind and helpful, providing me with a shuttle ride to the mall and back. However, what should have maybe taken 2 hours, ended up taking 4 hours as there was an issue with the computer system. My appointment was at 9 o'clock and at 1 o'clock I left. The good part was the serviceman told me to leave with no charge because I had to wait so long! The brakes were under warranty, the oil change and tire rotation no charge. They also washed my car too! The Mills staff was great but the technology was not good that day!
