First Time Customer Service Experience

I took my new Ford Escape in for its first maintenance check. Service was excellent all the way around. From the gentlemen who first met me at the door, to the service team who was prompt, to the friendly gal at the customer service desk, to the finance manager. (Who we stopped in to say hi to as he had helped us purchase our vehicle.)
