Every one of your staff was wonderful, from working with Lisa Smith, the front desk gal, Kurt in finance, to working with Don. It was a great experience! I was treated with respect, my questions were answered, and my phone calls were answered and returned in a timely manner. I look forward to continuing and building my relationship with everyone at Ford.
