Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep

I researched the Jeep I wanted and was pretty educated on it. The sales person we meet with knew nothing about the Jeep and even gave us wrong information. This was no big deal because I knew exactly what I wanted. I negotiated fee oil changes for two years or else I could have got a much better deal elsewhere. My wife went to pick up the Jeep after we purchased it and noticed a pinstripe on the the Jeep, a pinstripe she did not order. She said she didn't ask for this and the sales person said that there was nothing they could do and that removing this would require a lot of effort. After getting the manager involved they decided they could remove the pinstripe with no additional charge and they removed it in what seemed minuets. While they were test driving the Jeep, the engine started making strange noises. The sales person told her the engine needed to settle and to drive it home anyway. She made it half way home before the engine died and she called me crying. I was angry, but after cooling down decided these things happen and the Jeep was repaired. I asked our sales person for documentation on the engine repair many times but it was never provided any. When it came to to get our oil changed they said the sales person never documented the free oil changes and no one remembered that discussion. The sales person was no longer with the company (not a shock), and they would not honor the free oil changes. At that point I had enough. I will not buy another Jeep from this place and I plan to tell everyone I know about this experience. One day companies like this will realize that an unhappy customer is far worse then the cost of some free oil changes. Did I mention that they only filled the gas tai up enough for her to get home??
