If I could give lower than one star I would. This dealership was so unwilling to work with me or try to help me it was ridiculous. I test drove a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and loved it, and they came back with payment plans that were outrageous blaming my lack of credit, so I walked away. They never even tried to help me find another car, or let me know other options. I went to Jim Riehl at 14 and Van Dyke and walked away with a NEWER (2015) Jeep Cherokee Limited with all the bells and whistles for $155 cheaper than what Sterling said, proving it had nothing to do with my credit. The staff there were so friendly, so willing to help me, and went above and beyond my expectations. I will never ever walk into this dealership again, and I urge everyone to go to Jim Riehl instead.
