My Silverado purchase ran into an issue at delivery when I decided that I wanted a different model. The vehicle I had selected had to be transferred from another dealership to the Southfield location, incurring effort in some of the coldest weather we've seen this year and added cost. My Salesman Bill Marx and Nick the Sales Manager were both totally understanding of my decision and they both went far out of their way to work with me to find the best vehicle to fit my needs. I'm very pleased with the vehicle that I bought, and even more appreciative of the way I was treated by them and the entire team at Serra Chevrolet, Southfield.
