Tom Bicknell and Emily Buckel treated me like a family member! They made me feel like I was their only customer! Tom went out of his way to quickly find my GT Mach-e and spent a lot of time with me! The fact that he is the General Manager and would take such extra time to treat me like king was especially impressive. Emily gave me all the time needed to understand the comprehensive features of the car and still gave me her cell number to call with follow-up questions. Without her after the sale attention I would not have been enjoying my car as much as I am!! ALL AMAZING!!
