Good but a few minor issues

Professional and courteous reps but not everything was completed. I had to schedule another appointment a week out to return. Service reps were helpful but a bit slow to provide updates on vehicle status. A part that was installed is also a bit loose. I'm sure they will have no problem with double checking it.
