The service person (Donny) was cordial and listened to my concerns. He didn’t interrupt me when I spoke to him. I appreciate his professionalism. The driver (Barb) was kind and easy to have a conversation with. She was cautious with the inclement weather and road conditions which made the trip pleasant. I am glad I brought my Ram truck to this dealership.
