Everything was going well until we started negotiating the down payment. He told me to "treat it like bail money" in a voicemail and wanted me to call everyone I know to get the money. He was angry. I was so offended that I walked away from the deal. I went back to collect the title from my trade-in and the sales rep, along with the finance manager, blew me off. All they needed to do was apologize and maybe even eat the down payment to show their sincerity of such a horrible statement. I have heard nothing from them.
