We have leased many cars over the years but have rarely had the transaction go so smoothly. Mike Avery was an excellent listener and communicator - he worked hard to understand my specific situation/needs and moved the negotiations along to the next level. Ferrin Williams pulled the deal together and presented my options w/grace and style. He also made sure all of the paperwork was in order prior to our arrival.
